Survey Tool
Your current version of NASIS includes a tool to design and send surveys to your valuable stakeholders. The module provides a way to gather stakeholder perceptions and use it to drive decisions.

The Survey tools allows users assigned survey-related duties the ability to create, deliver and report custom surveys. Pages containing survey questions and responses may be created, dispersed and saved for future use and reflection. Advanced filtering options let users define survey parameters and specify its recipients. The Survey module also contains the Survey Messenger tool, which can send mass voice/phone, email and portal notifications of survey details and availability. The Survey Messenger tool may also be used to send response status updates, reminding a recipient to respond or confirming the school’s reception of a completed survey.

There are two wizards within the Survey module. The Survey Designer Wizard is the first step in creating and delivering surveys. The Survey Designer covers survey creation, survey preview and survey respondents. Each survey is a collection of pages containing questions and possible answers.

Since the creation of these questions and answers can be time consuming, the survey designer tool allows users to create templates of questions and answers that can be reused and copied in future surveys, as well as shared across surveys and across user groups.

The Survey Messenger provides an easy way to send a message to all survey respondents, completed respondents or non-completed respondents. The administrator can review surveys that are currently active, and disable or alter other surveys. There are two reports available that allow users to extract survey responses and view the response summary.
